15 & 16 September 2018
9.30am – 4.30pm
Price: R1400-R1800 p.p.*, bring and share lunch

Exploration, practice and integration

  • Review and practice the basic ingredients of NVC.
  • Share the ups and downs of applying NVC in your life.
  • Extend skills and understanding through new exercises.
  • Connect empathically with yourself and others
  • Have fun learning and connecting with the Cape Town NVC community.

After spending most of 2018 attending intensive NVC trainings and retreats with various CNVC trainers all over Europe, I am inspired to share and infuse some of my learning into this deepening connection weekend.

The aim of this experiential workshop is to deepen our connection to NVC consciousness, fill in gaps, refresh our existing knowledge, deepen our understanding of NVC.

We will be doing a mixture of playful games, deep process and embodiment practice.

As this is a deepening workshop, I ask that you have already completed at least a basic introductory 6-week course, 2-day training or have participated regularly in an NVC practice group.

*I want to make this work as accessible as possible while making it sustainable. To this end, I offer a sliding scale of R1400-R1800. Guideline for choosing your fee: choose the lowest figure if you are on social benefits and/or regularly struggle financially.
