The following is a list of needs for the workplace, as taken from Marie’s book, The Empathy Factor

It is based on Marshall Rosenberg’s list of universal human needs. Neither exhaustive nor definitive, it is meant as a starting place to support anyone who wishes to engage in a process of deepening self-discovery and to facilitate greater understanding and connection between people.

Print it on thicker card or laminate it so it can travel with you in your handbag or briefcase. Stick it on your office fridge and pin it up on your desk to support you throughout the workday. Enjoy writing more effective e-mails!
